Please note: Custom orders can take up to 8 weeks. Due to handling, ordering time-lines and shipping costs, Internet pricing is discounted, while in-store items are regular retail price. In the store, we provide one-on-one customer care, ready selection and convenience. Contact us for a quote.
Disclaimer: Please note that slight color variations between the colour chart the and the catalogue may occur. To ensure your pieces match, order them at the same time from the same dye lot.

E-mail us your preference in style and colour along with your size to
jet-lagtravelfashion@shaw.ca. Please take a measurement around the bust (for tops) and hip (for bottoms) to ensure a good fit. If you prefer to call, our regular hours of operation are Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, Saturday 10 am to 5:30 pm and Sunday 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm PST. We can be reached at 604-277-3331.
Shipping fees are approximate and depend on the size of order, speed of delivery and destination. We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel. A fee will be quoted upon confirmation of the order. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard.
Return Policy
Returns may be made within 30 days for a full merchandise refund, exchange and/or credit, excluding shipping, provided the items meet our return criteria.
Exchanges and Returns:
1. Return/exchanged items must not be worn, soiled, washed, stained, dyed, or in any way altered.
2. You must obtain pre-approval to return any items after 60 days. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. Refunds require proof of purchase (copy of receipt).
Shipping charges are not refundable except for errors or defects. We recommend you obtain shipping insurance on returns. The cost for exchange or refund is born by the customer.
Ezze Care
Due to the special nature of our garment dyeing process this garment is perma shrunk. A slight variation in fit and colours can be found with each garment. This is not considered a defect. To preserve the life of this unique garment please follow the washing instructions below.
- Turn the garment inside out
- Wash alike colours together
- Wash in cold water, light cycle, immediately remove upon completion of the final spin cycle
- Use mild soap or all fabric detergent
(do not use bleach or detergent containing bleach)
- Tumble dry on low (avoid extreme heat)
- DO NOT SPOT CLEAN
