Shipping

Flat Rate - Standard Shipping through Canada Post. $15 Flat Rate within British Columbia &  $25 Flat Rate for all other provinces. Free shipping for orders $180 and over within British Columbia.

Typically dispatched within 2-3 days, with exceptions of Holidays. Once the order is dispatched Canada Post has their own shipping time dependent on the province you are located in. We do not ship to remote locations in Canada including; Nunavut & the Northwest Territories. We do not ship to the USA or Internationally.

Local store pick-up is available.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

On-line purchases: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, tags attached. Your items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In-store purchases: On regular retail - credit or exchange only, NO REFUNDS, all other conditions apply.

Refunds 

Once we receive the return of your on-line purchase, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the element.

If your return is approved, We will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). When you will receive the credit - depends on your card issuer’s policies.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
